Highly recommend A&S Removals for anyone planning a move. We’ve used them twice now, and both experiences have been professional, efficient, and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and the team took great care with our belongings. Kerry leads a fantastic crew who clearly take pride in their work and are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, A&S Removals, for another outstanding moving experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately we did not have the best experience and items were damaged. We were initially thrilled with their service and tipped them 10% but unbeknown to us, as our items were being placed into a storage unit, a large expensive item was damaged along with crockery and kitchen ware that are irreplaceable due to their sentimental value. I did contact A&S explaining we had discovered the damage when moving the items out of storage, they have decided to not take any responsibility. Due to this being accidental damage during (what insurance) can only assume is in transit, our insurance will not cover the damages either. This is a ‘he said, she said’ situation making it hard it prove who and when damage occurred but as they were fine when they were at my residence and the damage was discovered before being moved out of the storage unit and no other contact with these items were made, it’s clear to us as the customer what had occurred. They’re very nice people and I do not believe the damage was intentional but as these things can happen, it did and I have been left with the cost of it. I do regret tipping and would not use this service again.
