I put a post up on our local Facebook page regarding my leaky washing machine and Neil answered within 5 minutes 👍🏾I called him straight away and we organized a time the same day. Neil did the job in a timely manner but of course my washing machine decided to be a pain in the neck so he had to come around again a couple of days later 🤦🏾♀️ Nevertheless he has done a great job and there is no more leakyness to be seen 😁 Thank you for your help Neil 👌🏽
In December of 2025 the oven light and fan cooking function would not work. Neil came by and had a look. He left without checking whether the light and fan were working. We contacted Neil a day or two later when we checked the oven as it was not working as expected. We were told parts would arrive during the Christmas period and that Neil would make contact in the new year after his holiday. It is now JUNE and we haven't heard a thing despite reaching out via text and call. I would not recommend this service due to poor communication and the inability to execute the agreed service.
Neil came and looked at our 8 year wall oven, us both thinking it was only the capacitor........... But it was the main motherboard. He made a phone call and within an hour another oven was purchased and installed. At a Really good price. Really amazing service etc. being right on Christmas. A big thank you for his great service.
