The absolute best service I've experienced with engineers to date! Our caravan snapped it's axel less than one hour into our six hour trip. We are a family of six, it was pouring rain, and it was the Friday of a long weekend. I called these guys up as they were not too far from where we broke down, and they welcomed us in right away. The tow truck was able to drop it off to them, they had a look at it all, and said they should be able to get it done for us within a few hours and get us back on the road. Sure, enough, it was all sorted within 3hrs, and we were back on the road and made it to our destination. Chuck and Jessie (and the crew) are masterful at what they do. I cannot express my gratitude enough, especially being a family getaway that we had been preparing and excited about for a number of months. Thank you guys, it's refreshing to find the good ol' Kiwi spirit coming through in times of need.
