You rely on Lawyers for professional legal advice, especially when purchasing or selling a house. So when your Solicitor forgets your settlement date, or forgets to mention information earlier which puts you under unnecessary pressure, you feel rather aggrieved. We eventually got there, but a little common sense and clarity wouldn't go amiss. Definitely ask around for other recommendations before heading here.
UPDATE 16/01/18: I had a call from Cullinane Steele today about my review. We had a really positive chat on the phone about the service we received, and they were really open about the concerns we had. They genuinely seemed interested by what we had to say, and were super keen to help put things right. I wanted to acknowledge Cullinane Steele's professionalism for their aftercare service.
Appalling service and incredibly unhelpful, do not use. My family were treated so unbelievably bad by this Firm we would NEVER recommend using them for anything. Travel out of town and find a decent lawyer firm that understands not everything is about how much money they can extract from a client but rather how much service they can provide. Would never use or recommend using this firm. If I could give them a negative 5 I would.
Terrible service. Mark did his best to help but seemed to be held back by certain individuals with an unjustified view of their own self-importance. What should have been a simple mortgage guarantee became an ego battle with legal costs spiraling out of control. The recent lessons of kindness and doing right by your customers seems to have been lost by this law firm. I would never use their services again.
