We recently had vinyl and carpet installed, and the whole experience was genuinely great from start to finish. The quoting process was quick, and we really appreciated the speed and efficiency of using the online quoting tool for all the choices we made. They have a good range to pick from, and their advice was practical and honest, no upselling, just helping us find what would work best in our home by listening to our needs and running us through our options. The installation was done to a really high standard. The team turned up on time, worked efficiently, and were careful and respectful in our home. The vinyl looks seamless, the carpet is beautifully laid, and the finishing details were done with real care. They also left everything tidy, which we valued. We first chose to work with Flooring Design based on the wonderful and welcoming phone call with the receptionist. Following that we met with three experienced team members to discuss and plan the best possible solution for our floors. We’re very grateful for the work carried out by Vaughn at the team. From the first few minutes of installation, the level of care and detail for the finish was really impressive to us. We’re so happy with how the floor turned out in the end.
