Victoria was an absolute unprofessional when it came to putting in tape extensions. I literally pissed $1000.00 down the drain for the human hair extensions plus installation. Judging by the outcome, I question if Victoria really new how to properly install them? The whole experience was an expensive nightmare which I never once received an apology for, just made to feel that I was overreacting by Victoria and the owner Carol.
Whilst Carol does a great hair color and roots touch up, the ability for both Carol and the other one to take responsibility and rectify the situation was totally irresponsible and unprofessional. 1 star for Carol, zero stars for vicky!

What l will say is excellent, my first appointment with Carole, the hair color had been matched up perfect to my hair color l had before l moved here,
could not have had a better cut also.
The hair products used are of the highest quality.
The salon is fitted out with all the latest equipment, fabulous chairs, bars to put your feet on, so tastefully done, beautiful presentation. Plenty of parking around the street. Prices are excellent compared to other hair dressers, so with that said l would highly recommend this business to anyone who is wanting there hair done.
Kylieann is a fabulous person who also works at Hairsay, will go out of her way to help in anyway possible, always friendly and happy, she is just lovely, will miss her.
This business is highly recommend mainly in my opinion because of the prices, excellent.
Which has to give it a 5 star rating.
