They are a rip off & purposely damage your equipment & tell you it needs to be replaced & it's cheaper to buy brand new. I sent my 3year old president 6000 for a basic services & it was pulled into pieces after I told them what I want done. I should have taken it to Palmerston North where I bought it from to begin with as I did take it there for a second opinion with Levin's quote sheet & Palmy looked over it & said half of this service sheet is a lie. Also I was able to claim my 5year warranty on my mower when Levin said I couldn't do that. So Levin is terrible service & I highly recommend DO NOT take your equipment to them!!
My husband and I were very happy with the help from the staff. Very polite, professional, and caring people. We appreciated it because I wasn't feeling well, but I went with my husband to help him load his motorbike. The gentlemen there were very kind to do it for my husband. Thank you so much. 😊
Not a very good experience and will be my last time 😠👎😩, not polite & rude, poor communication. this is not my first time experiencing this in this store , very hard tp support local, rather drive to Palmerston North to City Honda Manawatu and will do next time
Dropped mower off 2 weeks ago, got told be ready in 1 week, easy as can understand close to Christmas. Rung up to confirm it was ready 1 week later got told, "I should have been told 2 weeks not 1 week, why wasn't I told that". So waited another week, went in the Friday morning 2 weeks later, got told it would be ready for pick up before closing or Saturday morning, rung them Saturday morning was told nothing had been done yet, front of the line be ready soon, they rung me back 5 minutes later and told me it was serviced but waiting on parts for something but could pick up, got rung back and told it was 100% ready to go. Communication was terrible, first bad experience I've ever had with Stihl Levin, be the last experience I have with them. I understand customer service isn't the best part of any job, especially when you're under the pump, but having a disgusting attitude will only cost you customers.
