Had the best experience from these guys on the 14th of Jan. The two plumbers that came over where extremely kind, very considerate of the space and worked so fast as a great team. We are looking forward to our next (hopefully much nicer project) to engage with them over. They also left the place spotless and there are no more leaks. Thank you couldn't recommend enough.
After calling numerous times, getting numerous commitments, absolutely nothing happened. They talk a great story, sound good!! Then nothing till you call for the 5th time ... and guess what .... same again. I gave up.
After contacting for a 2nd time I was obviously an unwelcome inconvenience. "Customer Service" made it abundantly clear my enquiry was both unwelcome and unwanted as she was FAR too busy to be concerned with gaining a new customer wanting to spend a few thousand dollars. Luckily there are other companies locally. Wouldn't bother with them again
5 months ago I had a chap come and look in order to give me a quote. He was great, I felt very happy and positive. Several months later I rang a few times, I knew they were busy so wasnt TOO concerned. Just before xmas I called in and queried my quote and again was told they'd get onto it. 2nd feb 2021, still not a word. I called in there at about 10 past 4pm and the place was locked up. My presumption is that they have gone out of business. I left a message on their phone saying as much.
