Living Well Counselling Centre offers low cost, accessible counselling for individuals, couples, and families across all ages and backgrounds. We welcome everyone regardless of sexuality, gender identity, or belief system, and are neurodiverse affirming and LGBTQIA+ informed. We support people through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and more, upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi in a culturally safe, welcoming space.
