Macs Movers were the company I chose to move me from A to B. Rachel responded within 3-4 hours of my email quote request. Outgoing, professional and so very supportive. The team that packed … brilliant! The team that packed to the truck and then unpacked me the next day … brilliant! Professional team, caring, outgoing, careful and made the whole ‘moving experience’ easy! Recommend them without hesitation.
We chose Macs Movers when we moved into the Levin township after living rural for eleven years. We wanted to support local business plus they had lots of positive reviews on Google. Right from our first email contact to Macs Movers, Rachel was very friendly and promptly set up an appointment to scope the job. Her communication style was pleasant and relaxed and as we went through each phase of the move, Rachel was always available to answer any questions. Rachel was very approachable, knowledgeable and personable regarding all aspects of what Macs Movers could offer us. We also required storage for a few days, which was not a problem for the team. Rachel provided a checklist of things we needed to do in preparation for removal day, as well as reminding us of other items such as mail redirection, getting pets into care, power/gas etc. Her communication was always clear and concise and left no ambiguity. We had a pre-pack of our kitchen and some smaller areas, the day before the moving team arrived. Rachel and her packing team arrived on time and worked hard to get everything packed and boxed up for removal the next day. This team of three did an amazing job and they were friendly and happy in their work. On uplift day, a large team of burly blokes arrived under the direction of Dave. These blokes worked like Trojans and managed to pack up our home very quickly and get everything into the trucks. They were so easy-going and great to talk to. Nothing was a problem for them and if they were unsure about anything they asked questions, which was comforting to see that they cared about our possessions and the job they were doing. Delivery a couple of days later, also under the direction of Dave, went very smoothly and again the team worked like Trojans to quickly unpack everything, while still managing to keep cheerful conversation going. We highly recommend Macs Movers. Their services were amazing and their whole team of workers were delightful and happy to be around. They took such good care of our precious items plus just nothing was a problem for the team. Would we use Macs Movers again… ABSOLUTELY YES!
Our experience with Mac’s Movers was like a breath of fresh air. Starting with the pleasant interaction with Rachel, to arrange our move, the whole team were considerate, thoughtful, careful with our belongings, and very hardworking.
It was really good luck on my part that I selected Mac Movers as I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were punctual, careful with my furniture and very obliging. The men were courteous but also really good humoured. They made moving, which is usually a horrible job, much more pleasant. A fantastic local company with competitive pricing for their services.
Send Mac's Movers a message and they will get back to you.
