Do not recommend. We signed up for a fortnightly service to which 70% of the time we had to follow up where they were as it was almost always delayed and we had not been advised. Very poor communication. I then sent my last email asking where they were and received an email back stating they no longer are going to do our lawns and they had left us with overgrown lawns with no heads-up. We always paid on time and expected a better more responsive service.
If you choose this company for your lawns, I would be very specific about what you want and what the quote means.This company quoted me one price to mow my lawns but did not state that this price was only if I took up their fortnightly schedule. When I came back to have the lawns mowed again, they tried to charge me 100% more than the original quote. I acknowledge the lawns were longer, and would have happily discussed the price on the phone. However, they did not even reply to my email confirming they will mow my lawns, nor did they inform me the price would be increasing, I merely received the increased invoice, which I though must have been a mistake.
Got my lawns mowed twice by this company and both times had to call up days later asking where they were, apparently its either "too hot" or "raining too much" wouldnt recommend.
Did a great job of our lawns. Super fast. Friendly. Topnotch company
