Can’t quite believe how amazing this team is. We were traveling through Levin and noticed a puncture. Found Steve’s and thought oh well we’re in for a $hundy but the puncture repair cost $10.10 - I shit you not! And the money was donated to hospice. Apart from being floored by how little a puncture repair cost, we were so impressed by the way we were treated. Comfy seats and a coffee & hot chocolate machine while we waited! Brilliant service. They also found another screw in another tyre and pulled it out then tested - and lucky it hadn’t pierced it fully. Highly recommend this team. What a fantastic bunch and wonderful all around service. Thank you.
Outstanding service from the John and the team at Steve's Tyre Service in Levin. They were friendly, honest, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. What a breath of fresh air!! I was very impressed with James & his team's service. I just wandered in & asked for a wheel alignment. This was done immediately, with a free wheel rotation offer every few months. I followed up with an emergency the following day. Stones had become lodged in a wheel hub. No problem!! James & his team went to work & fixed the problem straight away. I would thoroughly recommend Steve's Tyre Service as your 'go to' tyre service providers.
Great customer service goes a long way. I didnt feel as though they were trying to hurry me up out the door. I was offered a range of prices for my tires. They didnt just try and sell me the most expensive. They also explained why my tires needed changing. I will definitely be returning.
