Melissa Mark completed a valuation for me and I could not fault her professionalism and knowledge. She was knowable and provided the valuation in a few days. I would highly recommend the TA valuation team and will definitely be reaching out to Melissa if I require another valuation.

We will never be using this company again as Melissa provided lenders with a personal inaccurate opinion which contradicted information gathered by expert engineers and planners. We recommend shopping around as they don't seem to have a handle on undeveloped properties, we suspect it's a lack of experience in these areas

Very poor service and completely unprofessional. TA valuation were engaged via Corelogic to provide a completion certificate for an investment property. We must have dealt with their junior valuer (Melissa) given her low level of professionalism. Be very careful and demand they check whether the property is ready for vaulation, otherwise they will just turn up and charge you a fee if they find they can conduct their work. The junior valuer couldn’t carry out the valuation and admitted fault that she should have checked whether the property was complete first. When I called to dispute the fee Melissa abruptly hung up on me and stopped taking my calls. I rang to complain and they admitted this does happen regularly, so I hate to imagine how much they are charging from this when they should ring and check first. Choose another firm if you can.

Melissa recently completed a valuation for us and was incredibly efficient, great with communication and made accommodations to fit into our timeline. We highly recommend Melissa and TA Valuations.
