The worst building experience ever. An absolute disaster. 7 years later still can't get a Code of Compliance as he didn't build to the consented building drawings. Wrong roof installed, which still leaks. No quality control. No walls are square. Panels damaged by installers. No paperwork provided on completion. We are just one couple in a long line of dissatisfied clients. He's ruined our life and our financial future.
Great alternative style of housing - energy efficient, modern and cost effective. Disclaimer: I'm a relative of the owner, however Grant built a complex Thermawise house for my wife and I.
