Avoid at all costs. Purchased a voucher online for full highlights. When I arrived a showed a photo of what I want. Was told they could achieve this for $660. Went ahead and started realising it looked nothing like how I asked. My stylist used Elumen with no gloves so you could imagine the mess involved. Not only was my hair not looking pink she also told me once I wash out a couple times it would show the colour I wanted. The photo on the left was what I wanted the photo on the right was what I got. I complained to Vivo they sent me to Paraparaumu vivo with a dream story of a whole lot of products discounted due to the mishap. Only to find out as soon as I got home that they were already on sale. Whilst I got the colour rectified in Paraparaumu. Less then 1 month later the deep burgundy from levin is coming thru. My hair is horrendous Definitley put me off going back to a salon EVER AGAIN! AVOID

I had chemical straightening done by Carly and she was excellent, she provided perfect service with a hot drink AND my hair looks great. Glad to have found a reliable place to go for my hair needs 💇🏾‍♀️✨️

My daughter and I had our hair done with Kayley.. and we are both so happy with the results! Kayley was amazing and did exactly what we wanted. Thanks so much x

Absolutely looooved my hair once Kaylee was done with it. She listened to what I wanted and did her absolute best to match. Highly highly recommend and definitely will be coming back for regular treatments!
