Helen the teacher that is beyond the ordinary!. We work with bolsters, specialized pillows. She is incredibly attentive to people, especially those with injuries and needing special care. Helen has a love of Meridians and sessions involve these and stretching out fascia. A beautiful studio in a lovely setting...
Absolutely loved the space and the practice! Helen is an excellent instructor who delivers all-levels classes with the right amount of challenge. I really appreciated starting the class with a short grounding meditation and breath work, which seemed to be what everyone needed. Beautiful studio, great view and sunny interior…brand new cozy props, and efficient payment system. I loved it! Will definitely visit again when passing through, or would make a special trip on a nice afternoon!
I have just got back into doing yoga classes after about 20 years, and must say that I am really enjoying Helen's classes. Helen is an amazing teacher and very knowledgeable, and find myself each week looking forward to doing her Thursday night classes. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend! Made to feel welcome and un-judged (for a complete newbie to yoga) Superb instructor and beautiful outlook. Anyone wanting to do yoga, no matter what your level, definitely needs to participate in a class with Helen.
